A Tribute Through Food

Raised in Baltimore, George’s culinary journey began with the flavors of his childhood – think collard greens, smoked ribs, candied yams, mac & cheese and every other delectable dish Southern comfort food has to offer. That inspiration lives on through Bruisers Grill, a food truck concept named after his father. Bruisers is George’s way of honoring where he came from – serving up Southern comfort food with gourmet precision and big-hearted flavor.

Two Paths, One Mission

BG Culinary Creations and Bruisers Grill represent George’s full culinary spectrum - BG Culinary Creations delivers upscale, high-capacity catering with polish and professionalism while Bruisers Grill celebrates the food that made him fall in love with cooking in the first place.

Both are built on George’s belief that food should be personal, powerful, and absolutely unforgettable.
